. Fee Refund / Return Policy

1. Non-Refundable Admission Fee:
   The registration or admission fee once paid is non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by the Academy.

2. Refund for Withdrawal Before Course Start:

   • If a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, 90% of the tuition fee (excluding admission/registration fee) will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges.

   • The refund request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the batch start date.

3. No Refund After Course Commencement:

   • Once the classes have commenced, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances (including dissatisfaction, change of schedule, or personal reasons).

   • However, the Academy may, at its discretion, allow batch transfer or credit adjustment for the upcoming batch in special cases.

4. Course Cancellation by the Academy:

   • If the Academy cancels or reschedules a course and the student does not wish to continue, a 100% refund of the paid tuition fee will be made within 15 working days.

5. Mode of Refund:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment and in the student’s registered name.

   • No cash refunds will be made.

6. Policy Review:

   • The Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website.

• If you process sensitive personal data (e.g., health data, biometric) add a specific clause.

• If you use CCTV/surveillance extensively, include a more detailed section on that.

• If minors’ data is collected, ensure to obtain lawful parental consent and note any local rules under the proposed Indian data protection regime (such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

• If marketing or using images/videos for promotional use, specify the process for consent and opt-out clearly.

• Adapt retention periods appropriate for your academy (for example, how long student records are retained after graduation).
