. Fee Refund / Return Policy

Non-Refundable Admission Fee:
The registration or admission fee once paid is non-refundable, except in cases where the course is cancelled by the Academy. -
Refund for Withdrawal Before Course Start:

If a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, 90% of the tuition fee (excluding admission/registration fee) will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges.

The refund request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the batch start date.

No Refund After Course Commencement:

Once the classes have commenced, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances (including dissatisfaction, change of schedule, or personal reasons).

However, the Academy may, at its discretion, allow batch transfer or credit adjustment for the upcoming batch in special cases.

Course Cancellation by the Academy:

If the Academy cancels or reschedules a course and the student does not wish to continue, a 100% refund of the paid tuition fee will be made within 15 working days.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only through the original mode of payment and in the student’s registered name.

No cash refunds will be made.

The Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website.
